Do you kids really make soap?

Yes! Well, sort of. Aidan makes soap with adult supervision. Lily will come up with designs and help make things out of Soap Dough using molds. She also likes to add glitter. But yes, it is all us.

What is the meaning behind “the white falcon” in The White Falcon Soapery?

Our Mom is a big fan of history, and has been studying Anne Boleyn for a long time. She even got to play her at a Renaissance Faire once. Anne’s badge is “the white falcon,” and Mom kind of adapted it for our house. She jokingly called our house “The White Falcon Manor” and then a white falcon kind of became a symbol with anything having to do with our family. When it came to naming the Soapery, it just made sense.

Do you make Vegan Soap?

In general, our soap is not vegan. We do make Vegan soap on occasion, and it will be noted in the ingredient list. You can also search for vegan soaps using our tags.

Why did I get a refund for shipping?

We use a third party company for shipping. While we put in all the specifications for weight and dimensions for each product, the packaging algorithm doesn’t always pack things the way we would. It is our goal to keep shipping costs as low as possible. If we can pack it and send it to you cheaper, we will- and pass those savings back to you. I guess you could say playing Tetris has prepared us for this!
